I like to put (in a blender)

frozen banana

frozen fruit of choice, blueberry, raspberries, peach,mango,strawberries,etc

almost to the top with the fruit

then I pour unfiltered apple juice in, just enough to cover up the fruit, and a dash of soy milk (easily omitted or substituted for rice or nut milk or soygurt)

a scoop of vega or vega smoothie infusion

other throw ins:

coconut

almonds

spirulina

hemp seeds

 

If I want a chocolatey smoothie, (kind of a shake)

I put in the blender

frozen banana

soy milk

peanut or almond butter

cocoa powder

and sometimes a little sweetener, like maple syrup

blend and enjoy

First I fill the blender with salad greens and about a up of soy milk. I blend until it's like green soy milk. Add 1/3 serving of vega, blend some more.

 

Then I add about a banana and a half, some frozen strawberries, frozen mixed berries, and a bit of juice. Blend.

 

Sometimes I add flax oil, sometimes I add wheat grass juice.

what can i pour in my smoothie that's raw? (aside from water)

 

you could make coconut milk.. it's really easy.. you just have to blend water and coconut-meat, and then use a strainer to separate the heavy 'solid' parts of the coconut from the liquid. voila!

Bump!

 

Today I made a huge delicious carb loaded concoction.

 

 

2 smallish bananas

1.5 cup strawberries

1/3 cup blueberries

carrot juice

2 tbsp flax seed

1 tbsp lecithin

2 cups spinach

1 scoop pea protein

when I want to be healthy....

peanut butter

soymilk

soy protien

ice

banana

cinnamon

 

or

soy protien

soymilk

strawberries

rasberries

blueberries

 

 

when I want to be bad

sorbet( mango or peach works best) like half the container

frozen peaches

flavored soy yogurt

strawberries

soymilk

 

I made one for my brother( an omni) he said it was the best smoothie he had ever had

1 hand full of baby carrots

1 orange

4 servings of nutribiotic rice protein (vanilla flavor)

Kale

Lettuce

Collard greans

1 cup water

1 cup ice

 

Made my first one today with another orange it would taste like orange julius

 

Or

water melon and or cantaloupe

couple strawberrys

kale

collard greens

lettuce

gross huhh? but I eat it garlic gives a good taste to it, but I didn't found good recipes for nuts and seeds that follows food combinin rules so I eat them this way xD

Did everyone simply overlook Potter's impossible, will overheat your blender, concoction. Noone commented on it so I assume hes joking...

1 Quart of Peanut Butter Zig Zag Ice Cream

1 tsp of soy milk to make it smooth

This is my first time reading this post and I did read Potters, thinking it was a joke, and then thinking there was no way my blender could handle that lol.

 

My simple recipe:

2 tbsp manitoba harvest hemp protein, 50%

143 grams? I would say so, but that's quite a bit of peanut butter each day, so maybe consider modifying the recipe to add more protein powder and less PB?

 

 

I just tried

 

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup oats (ground)

1 cup soymilk

1 cup orange juice

40g Vanilla Creme protein powder

 

Actually it kind of worked. I was just desperate to use up some of my bananas and oats haha...

how much would cover the daily intake? I eat load of fruits and veggies trough the day, especially I eat lot of greens, lot of sprouts etc. sometime I eat tofu, and green peas or like that

 

just made one:

2 bananas

2 leafs of kale

2 leafs of lettuce

a handful of goji berries

and water
