Actually there are more bodybuilders are there... From there side I'm not getting any thing... What are the steps I have to take to increase my muscles... I can't tell you how much to train that's something you need to figure out. I go 5 times or so a week, it works well for me. Currently my weight is 62 kg and the height is 5.8 feet. Zack Posted September 29, 2007 Share Posted September 29, 2007 I think with your weight, just eat as much as you feel comfortable with. 3500-5000 calories should benefit you pretty well I think.
