I try to eat mostly organic when dealing with produce and hemp products. As for other foods, I try to eat organic (nuts, oats) with other things, but a large portion of my diet is based on produce anyway, so the numbers are pretty high.

Documentaries and comedies mostly.

I've never been a morning person either. I try to work jobs that will allow me to stay up most of the night to complement this too, and those times I've had jobs where I had to be up at the crack of dawn drove me nuts.

I still can't believe there's video of me on YouTube washing dishes.

Welcome to the forums.

Damn, I guess the secret's out that I was born an asian.

I wasn't there, but I heard it smelled bad enough that I'm kind of glad I was elsewhere.

The most interesting sleeping pattern I've come across is polyphasic sleep. You don't do all of your sleeping in one lump of time, but rather take naps throughout the day. Supposedly you will need less sleep overall, and have a lot more free time. If you're interested, check out a few posts by Steve Pavlina and his experiment with this method http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/2005/10/polyphasic-sleep/.
That was interesting to read about, it would be quite a challenge. I would be concerned about the impact such a sleep pattern would have on the heart. I read an article a few days ago that sleeping gives the heart a much needed break. A study among healthy people (assumed monophasic) adding a 30+ minute nap midday reduced the risk of cardiac death by 37% (Psychology Today). I wonder if polyphasic would be enough rest for the heart?
I wish I was one of those people that could take a nap midday. I feel like garbage after waking up from them.

Forgive my ignorance, but what are performance pancakes?

Hemp seeds are incredible sources of omega 3's too in the event that omega 3's are the reason you take flax.

How old is that guy? He looks like he's been lifting for a REALLY long time.

I think an allergy test is probably the best idea, there are so many common allergens out there, you never know. Has everything been yeast free too?

You're looking good too Rob, you got the swollen chest going on in the 3rd picture with unnamed fitness model.
-
Looking good Rob, keep it up man. Good talking to you tonight too.

You should come Dave...we'll have a blast. Even if that means we need to get up at 5:30 to ride in order to be back to hang out with all the sleepy people.
As for racing I'd like to enter the keirin too but I don't think they'd let non cat 2s in that event.
I'd love to carpool, but I am NOT driving to the East Coast to pick you up. You'd have to cover a LOT more than just tolls.

We're actually north of Houston in the Spring/Woodlands area near Rayford/Sawdust
How far is that from the 610 loop? I live in SW Houston and I think I've been to Spring but not sure about those other places. Jeez, I've been here for like a year and I still don't know where the heck anything is...
we normally eat vegan food at the meet ups, that's what happens there. Then count me in
Get on 45 North and keep going just north of Houston.

I'm not sure if I'm driving out there or not yet.
-
I'm entering the towel picture, why not?
-
When I have off, I sleep far too long and will easily sleep the whole morning away. Since I got home I've slept over 11 hours a couple of nights.
-
Just out of curiosity, what goes on at one of those meet-ups? And whereabouts in Houston will it most likely take place? Houston's pretty big so I was just wondering...

We had a vegan brunch today at the apartments and we got to meet bpmojo and his girlfriend, both of whom were very cool to have over.
So yeah....let's get some dates going.

kenneth g williams...only guy i've ever seen do dumbell deadlifts...LOL
That being said, he seems fairly big. I'd like to see him in person.
We need some hardcore vegan training videos up...Not just dumbell deadlifts and leg extensions.
600 lb calf presses/raises! I'm on it.

I would enter but I don't have all that many new photos of me this year.
Or at least ones of you not eating a baker's dozen vegan donuts.
Goal = No Isolation exercises for a month

I do the compounds until I'm too tired to do them, then I do isolation exercises if I have any energy left for that particular part, so I'd do pull ups, but if my back got tired, I'd move to curls afterwards.
