  3. We can lose together. I haven't done an ab workout in a while, but I'll enter just for fun. Like I said earlier, I'm not shredded at all, but I do like my stomach. I like your stomach too. It looks like you can bounce a quarter off of it. I can't enter the contest because I don't have a digital camera.

  7. Bodyweight exercises, plyometric exercises, and sandbag training is superior to resistance bands IMO and can be done anywhere. 50lbs of sand can be purchased at Home Depot for $5 I think.
  8. I plan on incorporating Strongman/woman stuff into my training some day. American Football players, MMA fighters, boxers, wrestlers, and martial artists seem to have pick up on adding Strongman/woman training into their regiment.
