Was out most of the time Friday, Saturday, and Sunday so was unable to lift weights and my food intake suffered Good news is I got my protein powder (unflavored) on Friday (Gemma Pea Protein Isolate non-GMO 60%, Rice Protein Concentrate non-GMO 30%, Hemp Protein Powder 10%), taste great with water. Gonna continue recording my daily food/exercise routine. June 20 Ez-bar curl -Reps 12-11-10-10-8 Concentration curl right -Reps 6-5-5 Concentration curl left -Reps 8-5-5 -

As a kid, it was chocolate everything, hated vanilla. As an adult my preference is still chocolate but I've lightened up on not totally hating vanilla. So you a chocolate or vanilla type of person?

Haven't cut my own hair in years, I would just do a buzz cut which was pretty easy. But the style of cut I get at the salon is both sides/back shaved and top of head is cut short finger length, which is a little more difficult to do when I let it grow back in the fall. Hoping to pick up a hair trimmer this weekend and give it a shot again. If I screw it up, I'll post pic's

Do you cut your own hair? or have you in the past? What was the outcome? My last haircut (at a salon) was truly a letdown, I told the gf that I'll just shave it all off myself during summer time. When fall comes I'll grow it out a little and was thinking I'd just buy some clippers and do it myself, don't know yet. So anyone else cut there own hair? http://www.mrcheapstuff.com/images/bad_hair_cut.jpg

New to Vegan Bodybuilding - tips on what to eat?
VelvetVoices replied to Conrad's topic in Bodybuilding/Strength Training
What's your daily calorie intake? Though if your injured I wouldn't be looking to cut fat. Keep taking your protein and glutamine; certain amino acids will help increase healing along with vitamins A, B, C, & D as well as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, & zinc. -
