Are you going to have any screenings? A few yeas ago they had a screening of the witness at the Hollywood theater here in Portland; I think it had been sponsored by food fight. But I could be wrong about that. I could ask them if they know how much it would cost to show it there and if they would be interested in helping to promote it. How long is it? Even if your not going to show it maybe you could put up some flyers in their store…. I think their cool about that kind of thing. If there is a way to send a flyer to me I could hang it up.

Why dose everyone have to lie? I know there are a lot of people out there trying to help animals by getting things labeled organic. (they should just stop drinking it all together). Everything I know about homeopathy is for colds, not for tissue repair. I feel really lost on this one.

See that’s the thing I don’t get. Its not like I got a cavity from eating candy or anything like that. This started from some thing poking down into my gum. The doctor said pop corn and apples are big causes of this kind of injury. If a piece gets stuck it can start an infection even though what ever started it often comes out on its own.

Three weeks ago I started feeling run down. I thought it was the weather or maybe I was starting to get a cold. So I didn’t think too much about it. The next week I went to the dentist for a routine cleaning and they found an abscess behind my front bottom teeth. It never hurt; I had no idea it was there. Later the same day I had an emergency trip to the periodontist. He opened it up, cleaned it out, and put me on antibiotics. I started feeling better and having more energy right away. Today I went back for a check out. Although the infection is gone the space it created is still there. He said I may need to have some of the tissue removed to try to get my body to close up the hole. He also said I may need to have a bone graft so I don’t loss my teeth. I’m freaking out now. He thought maybe it was too soon to make that decision because it had been such a large infection it would take a little longer. I go back next week to see if its healing on its own. Is there anything I can do to help my body along? Is rest good? Or is cardio better, because of increased blood flow? Are there any foods that premote healing? Help

Mini up data: I have been going crazy since I have not heard one way or another, so I emailed the chief. I didn’t just come out and say “so did I get it?” I just asked him if the position was still open. He wrote me back today saying “the position is still open, and they will contact me soon to finalize some details.” He also said I am the first out of the area intern they have dealt with so there were some new issues for them to consider. This is sounding kind of promising. I still don’t know how I am going to pull this off if it is offered to me. It is an unpaid internship and it is a two and a half hour drive from my house. I guess I might move to Astoria to be closer, but I don’t know how I can afford it
