  1. You're outstanding, awesome job there! As I already said in the biceps topic, your lats are great. Also, overall shape is really really good! You have one of the best vegan bodies out there. I'll keep an eye of your progress, you're gonna be super huge in a couple of years!
  2. Fri 11. - Sun 13 Apr Rest, I was out of town. Mon 14. Apr Back in action! 1 hour of breakdance (well, we took mostly hiphop but it's hard work anyway) - Bench press, 54kg warmup then 4 x 82kg, 5 x 78kg, 6 x 78kg, 4 x 78kg (I worked out alone so I didn't push myself to the limit) - Shoulder presses with 16kg kettlebells 3 sets ~ 10 reps - Bicep curls 4 sets @ 20kg dumbbell 7 reps per set - Bent-over barbell rows, long sets @ 50kg. Now my creatine pause is over so I expect to reach 80kg soon!
  3. Dude, you've gained 7 lbs and you look like twice as big as when you started training again! Losing fat while gaining muscle is going damn well, I suppose. Great job getting over 200lbs, you're BIG! I can't wait until you really get the definition where it was before. BTW, do you think it's much easier to pump yourself up since you've done it before, muscle memory working well? Also, since you're already over 200lbs, is it harder to gain weight compared to if you would have started from ~ 160lbs?
  4. You look goddamn huge, great job man! Superb lats there! I think everyone has made a good job entering the contest, I love this s**t! We still need more contestants... funny, I am usually quite a competitive type, but if it's about vegan muscle, I'm just glad every time I see a guy with lot bigger muscles than me. It makes me believe in superiority of vegan lifestyle. I think you're all great! BTW, more women plz!
  5. That's some manic stuff there! You're hilarious man, it must take some gut to upload old videos of yourself! I'd say you've changed quite a bit... I gotta watch the rest, I'm not even halfway yet.
  6. Please upgrade the forum soft soon, I think I deleted 50-100 porn spams within the last 24 hours.
  7. Wow, Richard has nice amounts of mass in his hands! Props for cool shirt too! And holy shit, Zack's bicep is immence! Here's my try. My facial expression was so nasty that it would have caused this topic to be unsuitable for minors (and actually anyone else too) so I put an old pic of my head on my original face. If it's against the rules, I'll take a new one but since we're only judging biceps here I presumed it's not a problem. You can anyway see a mile away it's shopped by looking at the pixels. ...and besides the face, the pic is totally unedited with original colors. No cheating here! http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk250/tuc_finland/DSC04108-shopattu_pieni.jpg And if more than one pic can be used, the banner down here can join the competition too. I have adjusted the colors a bit for that one as you can see.
  8. Wed 9. Apr 2 hours breakdance Thu 10. Apr - Bench press, 50kg warmup and 4 sets @ 74kg - Squats, long sets at 50kg - Shoulder presses @ 20kg dumbbells, 4 sets per arm 5-8 reps - Standing overhead extensions @ 20kg dumbbell - Bicep curls 5 sets @ 45kg 5-6 reps - Some sit-ups with 8kg plate And another personal weight record, 79,5 kg evening weight!
  9. I love your pics, please keep sending more! Here are some vintage pics: 2002 http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk250/tuc_finland/ikr.jpg 2003 http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk250/tuc_finland/Picture24.jpg 2003 http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk250/tuc_finland/Picture7.jpg
  10. Welcome! That was a great introduction, I really like you already! Your goals are similar to mine and your mind seems to be very well balanced with your body. Great to have more people from Europe! I really like Germany and I try to make a trip to Germany every year at least once (partly business trips). BTW, you look very fit!
  11. I think the best solution will be a mixture of these next generation (biomass) biofuels and electric cars. When they learn to grow biomass effectively and environmentally on oceans, there will be s**tloads of biomass available for biofuel production. The article Zack sent is very positive news towards that happening in our lifetime. Always nice to read good news.
  12. This is super awesome. Thanks for sharing, Marcina and Jessifly!
  13. I can easily see why raw foodists are fed up with the "comedy" here. I'd suggest that if people don't have anything positive and constructive to say, it's better to say nothing at all. I'm a person who is not easily offended but I understand people who aren't like me. Please, try to be more constructive! And please, don't leave the site because of disagreements with a small amount of users. We need information of raw food and positive people since we're a small minority! Spending time fighting each other about something that really doesn't have large effects in our everyday life is something that really have to get rid of. You don't have to listen to others. If raw food makes you feel great, it makes you feel great whatever other people say.
  14. Welcome! I've found great amount of help and motivation here. Hope you'll feel the same after a while!
  15. Since we all seem to have an urge to create and show other people the darnest hairstyles, I think a designated topic for the purpose is needed. Here it is! I'll open the thread with a stupid hair pic of me from the 90's. http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk250/tuc_finland/tuukka_wtf.jpg Please, carry on. You can easily do better than this! We've had great hair pics before, for example: viewtopic.php?t=9596&start=0 (Rob) viewtopic.php?t=11811 (more Rob) viewtopic.php?t=10550&start=75 (Richard, Lean and Green) viewtopic.php?t=10105 (Vintage hair pics from Troy) ...and many others. How about piling the best pics in the same topic?
  16. I still see electric cars more environmental. Their efficiency ratio is way better than any combustion car and you don't need a lot of fields to get electricity. Sun and wind power are virtually unlimited sources of electricity, but you'll still need a lot of woods or biomass to grow biofuel and that still means cutting the rainforests and that's bad, m'kay. The process also uses a lot of energy and makes the efficiency not that great. Electic cars are pollution free, very quiet, very reliable (because of simple technology and no need for complicated transmission) and they give huge torque from low reps which means faster movement in traffic. They don't sound like a growling tiger but more like star trek equipment. Good enough.
  17. Welcome, Pastor Riddle! Great to hear of a vegan in christian community! Let us know if you have any conserns regarding training, nutrition or anything related. You've lost a lot of excess body weight and we'll help you to get rid of the rest as well! Hope you enjoy your stay!
  18. Get well soon, you'll be on your feet before you know and with an appetite better than ever. It's always like that, after being sick you'll have loads of energy when you recover! 200 lbs is right behind the corner!
  19. Aaaaaargh!! My eyes!!! Just kidding. Hottest ever.
  20. I lol'd so hard! You guys are the greatest! We need to set up a "cutest man with pigtails" competition! I was once dressed as a lady with pigtails, massive melons and a short skirt for a certain show (actually it was an air folk music (like air guitar) competition and my GF was dressed as a man). Don't ask. One of my GF's mates had forgotten his contact lenses at home and when I walked on the stage he kinda fell in love with me, since he saw me a bit blurry, with cute pigtails, firm boobs and otherwise skinny body. He even confessed it, he had a 10 sec crush on me before I opened my mouth and talked like a dude. We had a good laugh and I got enough of women's clothing for a while.
  21. Welcome! You seem to be very motivated and determined, that's all you need (along with this site + a lot of hard work) to have great results!
  22. Welcome! Great to have you here, I've seen you in veganfitness. You look great, man!

    Hi all

Welcome! I lol'd so much reading the discussion about vascularization. I really want to start vascularizating right away! I also checked your photos and especially your legs look great!
  25. Most of the recommendations are based on body weight without fat. Pro athletes have bfp of 5-10 % and they need 1,4-2g of protein per body wieght in kg. I think anything between 50-100g protein per day will suit your needs well. Maybe closer to 100g if you train hard, but I'd say anything over 100 is useless since you don't want to build large amount of muscle and your goal is 130lbs. No need for protein powders either, I'd go for green stuff (anything raw) instead if I needed to lose weight and not build serious muscle. An oh, welcome to the forum!
