I don't know how you do it..2 X 2 hour workouts a day! no doubt that'll pay off!

 

I struggle to find the time.. did 1.5 hours of weights today with a bit over 30mins rock climbing which is probably the most I can get in!

 

Looking good though - keep solid!

@chewy- right now the supplements I'm taking are:

sunwarrior vanilla protein

vegasport lemon lime

some creatine from time to time

a glucosamine from veganessentials

no glutamine yet(I know I posted I was taking some but I was mistaken and it was glucosamine)

 

and that's about it besides a veg chewAble multivitamin

 

sleep has been sucking. My mind races when at rest and a particular person has been coming in my room at night righ before I fall asleep and trying to talk to me, Arg!!!

 

Yest I did a back workout 1.5hours and 30min cardio.

Eagle lat pulldown

1 arm rows

towel pullups

regular pullups

 

Then 15min stairclimber level 10 no holding and 15min on free runner level 35;10%incline

Today I had a little bit of time this morning so I hopped on the stationary bike for 30min and then worked my bis and tris for roughly half an hour.

 

Tonight I returned to the gym and did my 10min warmup on the Precor and hit abs,chest,tris and bis again for close to an hour and a half.

 

After that I walked on treadmill 3%incline 3.5mph for 1hour.

 

Tomorrow I'll be getting some early cardio in and later in the day try to blast through legs(Injury I have)

Early cardio got done today! I did 30min on treadclimber then about 15min of abs

 

tonight I ran half a mile on track then walked a half mile and ran some stairs

 

then I went to weight room and did seated calf machine(soleus one), leg press, bench squats, abductors&adductors, and some leg xtns.

 

For cardio I got back on treadclimber for 20min and was spent.

 

Bodyfat is still going down, but still have some work to do

@Mary- yeah I counted steps I always hit during my bootcamp and there were 67 total.

 

Today I've run a bunch and felt good doing it. 67 steps up and down about ten or more times plus additional running outside with groups and single clients.

 

I'll hit some chest and back and do a little bit of cardio after.

I went to the gym and starting talking to someone who had been doing arms and I asked if I could join.

 

I started doing BB curls in the squat rack(ha ha):

Chewy, Tuc, RC- thanks guys. Ive been getting serious about these comps this year since last two weeks of November. And have been doing two-a-days since... hell i can remember this year.

 

I still havent weighed myself and have no clue where im at. Im guessing 179-182lbs.

 

This morning I did some back and went heavy. Took a nap for a couple hours and actually got up a little sore feeling it in my lats!

 

Was feeling sick again from when I got up from nap. Ate some red potatoes and Gardein BBQ skewers. Felt much better after eating and then sitting for a deuce. (TMI--i know, i know)

 

Went to the gym tonight and started off by running a 1/2mile on the indoor track.

Then I did some ab rollouts(knees and toes) and decline situps.

Few sets of lat pulldowns and seated rows.

About 25pushups on bench and 40 on foam roller.

Just felt dehydrated and not too into it.

I hopped on the treadmill at 3% at first and said "cuss that" and lowered it to 1% 5.0mph for 1mile.

 

 

Went home after that......

Today I went to chatanooga to hang out and met up with Zack from here. Ate at a vegan restaurant and played scrabble right on the table while eating. Felt like I had a bit much to eat and enough sodium to salt the frozen roads of the east coast.

 

Precor 19% incline level 10 mixing up the direction every 5 min or so for 1 hour

 

200 flat crunches

 

right now I'm on the treadmill and here is my plan:

1mile run for 10min at 6.0mph(already done) 1%incline

20min walk at 3.5mph & 3%incline

1mile run 10min @6.0 1%incline

20min walk @3.5mph/3%incline

total on treadmill was 4.5miles

 

so 2hours total for cardio tonight!! I'm so glad it's 10:30 on a sat night cause nobody is in here and these onions are coming out of me like crazy and it not smell so good.

Today for breakfast I had some oats,monterey blend nuts,almond milk, and cinnamon. Then around two thirty and had a triple scoop shake of sunwarrior. After that I went to the gym to do some legs.

 

Squats db- 20x15,30x15, 40x15

squats bb- 115x10(slow)x3, 185x10(slow)x3, 225x5x2sets, 250x5x3sets,

leg extns- 145x10(slow)x3, 205x10(slow)x2

 

I think i did a few more sets of BB and Xtns but can't remember. Legs were exhausted from having less than 1000 cals before my workout. Not cool. Anyway, I'll have a better leg workout later on in the week
