  2. I would skip the race too.... However, I still say go to the gym... Just being there and getting a little something done should make you feel better.
  3. Tired as hell. Need to force myself to workout, then have one client then free til this afternoon - I was going to workout a bunch, but now Im thinking I may go back to the hellhole, shower, and sleep til its time to go waitress.... Ended up covering for a spinning instructor so tauhgt spinning for 40 minutes or so, had to cut it short, then worked a little Pilates style with my client... Daily totals : 1 V8 2 energy drinks 1 bowl of beans with 2 pieces of cornbread and a ton of hot sauce bowtie pasta in reduced balsmic with green and red peppers and shitake mushrooms tortilla chips 2 bites white rice several handfuls of cooking walnuts Did a half assed upper body workout with Jason and ran a few miles broken up throughout the workout Energy Vega Bar, Organic Fruit bar
  4. Friday AM Light biceps workout with Frankie - several time to failure. Think I found my reason for lack of size... Non enough unilateral work - right side is so much stronger... and not enough isolations, been doing a lotta full body movement - ie compensation for my weak biceps!!!! Double V8 2 tortillas with peanut butter, raw carrots all kinds of tortilla chips, and white rice.... angelhair pasta, with zuchinni and squash in olive oil time to hit it again MStella - Doing good.. Knee - tired been on my feet and working since 5am.. its now 11 pm... But it is what it is, time to get a short hour or hour fifteen biceps and maybe some cardio in and then get to be to repeat!!!! giggity giggity.

  6. I know, we had this dicussion, and I "subtly" mentions you might want to diet. Remember? Im here with ya holmes!!! What kinda diet are we lookign at - I need to switch gears.
  7. Thursday - Okay so my workout buddy Frankie - have I mentioned I love her! She came in just like a puppy all excited to work out- realized my "condition" and totally changed gears with me.. Did a bit of yoga and some ab work. Feeling a little better 10 minutes of some motion is better than none. Got clients here... Gotta get to work... Feeling better. Told ya Id get my head straight! By tomorrow Ill be ready to hit it hard... Today thinking Bi's... Since Im feeling that that is one of my weak points... Not so much in strength, but in muscle mass, and obviouslly since Ima chubby bunyn right now, in defination... So feeling straight again. ... Dunn nanana cant touch this! 11 inch veggie sub, wheat n veggies, oil n vinegar, poweraid 2 strawberries got lymph drained, felt like hell, then much better refried beans, with salsa, corn , and green beans speed stack energy drink light biceps workout, and 10 minutes mostly backwards and sideways super slow on stairmaster feeling alright Double V8, corn, 2 packages of peanuts in hot sauce.
  8. No rest for the wicked, blogging versus my normal am workout... Feeling rough. However, Im convincer its a mind trip and plan to have this fixed by the end of the day.
  9. To lose weight.... Milk and cheese - most likely part of a weight gain problem. I;d eliminate those first.. And to lose weight 2 days a week of cardio, proabably not going to cut it unless you are currently so dormant that 2 days a week of light exercise will be a huge shock to your body. I'd look into 4 - 7 days of fairly high intensity cardio, for 40 -80 minutes at a time. If this isnt feasible with your fitness level then work up to it... Weight wise I'd love to hear of a 3 day a week or more commitment, high reptitions (lightweight baby) of like 15 - 20 and several sets between 4 and 6 per exercise. To lose weight multiple small meals 5 -7 meals throughout the day. To gain weight... Muscle weight that is, increase the protein intake. Add healthy calories. 2 - 4 meals a day in larger quantities, however if he can't choke that down then multiple meals with a greater caloric intake will work as well/ Weights, a minimun of 3 or 4 days a week, minimal cardio - generally no more than 12 minutes at a time, 20 minutes if its low low intensity. Weight wise rotate muscle groups and lok at heavier sets, with less repititions between 6 - 12 and between 3 and 15 sets depending whether he is working on a major or minor muscle group. Any help? Hope so!!! A

  12. Ending u pin the ER til about 3am getting ultrasounds to make sure theres no blood clot... Entire leg so swollen. Painful. No diagnosis. Go figure. Now Im tired as hell and running late for everything.
  13. Cracked patella and torn minescus two year ago... Finally got it drained... EWWWW! Kinda starting to get sore, under wraps so I dont know about the swelling... Think it'll be okay.. Got my blood run too before I start my dieting... DOnt wanna get too screwed up lol ! Right now just taking Voltaren??? Guess its supposed to help remove swelling from the incision... Well back to class.

  15. Met another vegan the other day. Here thats rare as hell! So totally awesome, good cardio buddy... though I must say I can smoke him at the weights.
