Chest and tris...for 2 or 3 hours Run to Y and back... 1.1 each way... 1/2 box cereal, 2 tortillas, bean and hot sauce cornbread, beans, corn, hot sauce, and peas, and like 18 saltines and arandom tortilla before i went to bed damn... chest and tris again for another hour - got a lotta compliments and questions - made me feel special, and a little embarassed lol. .. yeah baby
  3. Yeah I was too lazy to find a pad.. With the straight grip - how Im used to doing them I found this AM I was stronger, or maybe just more comfortable.. Either way I supersetted them and bounced between the two.. Im gonna be SORE!!!!!!! Sweet dude. And bruises are sexy when well earned.
  4. Hate to be the bad guy or whatever, and maybe its the 5 hours total sleep Ive gotten in like close to the last 72. Your on a vegan forum. People on here believe in our life choices... Granted its not the end of the world you arent vegan, its great your vegetarian... But to ask for advice... Well just deal with the fact your going to get advice from what we know works. And yes 300 - 500 kcal less and dark leafy greens good... Also start watching you protein... Not anti cheese on the principle, but on the fat! Watch your sugars.. Try to go as natural and as wholesome as you are comfortable doing... And dont whine when people jump your case a bit, some of us might be offended. So deal with it, it'll help you build some traps.

Damn you with the guilt! 1.1 mile run to Y, Legs - kicked my butt... thanks Jimi! squats of all kinds, cal raises of all kinds, lady sits... yogi lifts, and all kinds of Pilates types.. inner and outer thigh press 1.1. mile run back... 30 flights of stairs... Snacking slowly on a few handfuls of sunflower seeds 4.5 or 5 mile run to school in 45 minutes... tired after legs.. 12 pm - 2 banannas 12:45 pm 2 more banannas... dont yell at me.. i was super hungry! Pm.... 1 bowl of oatmeal and cereal mixed... huge bowl And yeah I go down fruther.. look the kid at the gym was not a photographer... "Yogi Presses" calf raise while maintainig this position.. And yes Im flipping you off Jimi. "Lady sits"
  8. Being Vegan would change so much.. I have a client who swears that cheese was the cottage cheese on her thighs.. and she had be just vegetairian for almost 30 years... Now shes pushing 60 and has a 6 pack.
  9. No its not working hard enough. 3 times a week isnt going to cut it. Not if you want results, maybe for maintenance, but not really for that either. I feel guilty if I miss more than one day a week... And I try not to ever have a completely down day.
  10. Octo - Thanks for the cheerleading this am.. Really needed it. Felt good - expecting to be sore.. Hoping Im good to do a tough legs tomorrow since I dont have to work that night... And oh - healing nicely. Flawless thus far. Stoked.

  14. You dont need any weights at all to devolp a well balanced and substancially built body. You might fair well from looking into Pilates. You wont tone your midsection with crunches only stregthen it. In order to tone it you must lose unecessary fat... To build your "skinny" arms... Id start out with pushups, dips off a chair and planks to the front and either side.

Tuesday - 3/24 4:50 am - 1.1 mile run to YMCA ( snow and wind), entire upper body - wow tired, 1.1 mile run back at about 7:15 am 7:20 am - 1 cup dry cheerios (150 ca) 10 - 11 am - 4 oz peanut butter(800 cal), 1 bag of trail mix Planters (840 cal) 7 - 9 pm - snacked on walnuts and tortilla chips.. a dinner salad with raspberry vinegarette 10 pm - container of wasabi almonds and yes read correctly a Box.. an entire box of whole grain cereal.. Investing in duct tape for my mouth?!?!!? Ghettoness love it lol My evil evil hated torture... Standing rows.. Shoot me!
