So I've gotten back into the swing of things, and am still without the weight I desire. I'm stuck doing deadlifts with 245 pounds, and only doing 8 reps because it feels a waste of time (or at least that's what I'm saying because my grip was so painful after the callouses started disappearing) In other news, I'm up to 4 reps in bent rows (245 pound), and my overhead press has switched to barbell 95lb (currently resourced dumbbell weight only 45lb), which I pull off about 4 reps of also. And I'm ~400lb, so doing 3x8 pushups isn't too embarrassing.. same with 3x8 stomach crunches. for people who dont like walls of text: DL 245lb 8x BBR 245lb 4x OHP 95lb 4x pushups 3x8 crunches 3x8 that's my current routine since i haven't been a gym member in a while.. i don't know how soon i'm going to get any more equipment. who needs a barbell when you're fat and can do hindu squats?

If you are only trying to detox, try Chloressence, 2tblsp. It will make you gag, so chug it down quick with OJ before it settles on the tongue. Vega is awesome for detoxifying, but I presume the majority of that is from the chlorella, which is the highest chlorophyll containing plant in the world.. it's got so much chlorophyll your eyes will glow green like jewels..

There's no reason to not have 7 different jugs of complete protein of various sources. Soy on sunday, pea on tuesday, hemp on wednesday, spirulina on thursday, goji berry or rice on friday, wheat on saturday, anybody?

i am nearly 400 pounds if not exactly that. i'm about 6'3". i need to lose weight real fast. i overate like crazy over the summer. i was down to 320 in april. my goal is to be 200lb and look like one of the guys on the main page of this site. i did 8*2 hindu squats after i deadlifted. i don't have a squat rack. i should do some front squats though..

took a huge break. with barbell: 95 pound overhead press, 8 reps and then 6 bent over rows, 135 pounds 8 reps and then 185 pounds 8 reps, then 4 more 185*8, realized i was going too light, but decided to call the last rep on those a failure because of involuntary neck movement. 225 pound deadlifts: 8 reps. can do more. honestly don't want to. not getting enough of an exercise with this low weight. i was surprised this session to discover that my muscles have hardly degraded (if at all) since i lifted heavily 6 months ago. is this common?

What are Vegans`s weak point on Nutrition?
awaken375 replied to GonzWernerITF's topic in Health & Nutrition Programs
I hear we are missing cholesterol, animal turds, and schizophrenia is probably a nutrient lacking in vegan diets too considering stresslessness cures schizophrenia and eating meat makes you die of stress -
I have animal compassion. I have cats. I enjoy being around most fluffy moving things with a heart. But I don't think that I should conform to some vegan standard about loving animals more than anybody else. I think animals shouldn't be domesticated. But I don't think I should bother telling people since nobody will change animal domestication in the next million years, or at least the next 100, which is how long I will probably be around for. What I want to be is happy, and I think veganism is the way to go. I care about animals, but I don't care about animals enough to change my diet based on them. I changed my diet to vegan because I cared about myself. I like how people aren't stupid when they don't eat meat (read: literally) I enjoy the presence of people who agree.

How to build our own (cheap) muscle powder. Thoughts?

trueprotein.com has a way of doing this. they have meal replacement ingredients, and their gemma hemp and rice are all vegan. -
325 lb deadlift a few nights ago, 10-12 reps. 70lb dumbbell chest press tonight, 16 reps. 145lb standing cable crunches, 24 reps.

225lb bent over rows, 24 reps, all over again. i feel soreness in my back where the spine meets muscle. it makes me want to deload and strengthen those muscles before adding more.
