  1. All the best for your little princess! She has a great mom!
  2. 16.07.1977 for me. My daughter Marla is 07.05.2005... She wants a card, too
  3. I am very good in missing birthday! Anyway: All the best for you!
  4. Hey Daywalker! That sounds great! I will try to make it possible to come to Frankfurt or Erfurt!
  5. Happy birthday from me, too! May all your wishes come true!
  6. Hey cliffy! I read Pete Siscos E-Book and liked it very much. I will try to get some more information about this concept. I like the idea of training once a month and keep growing...
  7. @veggiemeggy: I can asure you that a paper sack looks better than the underwear he weares an the picture... @Alex: Hope it sells well and another question: why didn`t you put a competition pic into the calendar? That would have been even more impressing!
  8. @Alex: Is there a calendar planned for 2007?
  9. Hey Boys and Girls! I got the calendar today and it is really great! I liked especially the texts describing the athlets and of course the pics are fantastic. But Alex: What kind of underwear is that? For a photoshooting you could have choosen something sexier . And Robert: What exactly are you doing in that garden? Maybe I just do not have that sense for art. Anyway: If you plan a calendar for 2007 I would be glad to join! I already have some ideas for pictures... Alex: Great job!
  10. Hi Cliffy! Thank you very much for explaining your opinion in detail. I just downloaded Train smart by Pete Sisco and will read it during the next days. Maybe there is something to learn. I train every muscle once a week in only 2 training sessions. 1st is arms and legs and second is chest, beck, shoulder and calves. It is not optimal but I just do not have time (Baby, girlfriend, work) to split the body parts on more sessions. I give you a feedback about the book, Have a nice weekend, David
  11. http://www.dunlopsport.com.au/content/02_02_f.html There is wool/felt in them. Concerning the adhesive I am not sure, too. You will have to ask the producer...
  12. I think it is not just about good or bad farms or methods. Of course it is better to live in a nice prison and not to be tortured the whole day long. But it is still prison and finally ends up in the slaughterhouse. The point is: Utilizing animals and killing them can never be done in a human way. It is just horror and has to be ended. So besides discussing about how to make the animals lifes better (which is as well important) animal activists should never forget the point explained above.
  13. Welcome from me, too! Hopefulle in about 20 years more of us can say that they have bee vegan for such a long time... The workout sounds good. From a sports scientists point of view your idea of the pefect moment to train the same muscle again sounds okay but 7-10 days is kind of long. Usually for hypertrophy about 4-6 days are seen as the optimum, which means the adaption on the stimulus training is best. But if for your body and mind 7-10 days feel perfect, you should go on training like this. Like you says: Thats just you. I think the role of mental power is absolutely underestimated. Keep on doing your thing! Looking at your profession I wonder if you could add some scientific facts to this discussion: viewtopic.php?t=516&highlight=natural
  14. I do not wear wool. It is part of the animal industry which kills and exploits animals. There are many wool alternatives for warm clothing...
  15. What is "flexible" about buying animal based food? And yes of course I cannot buy lunch as easy as non-vegetarians. But what about fruit and vegetables? Their are vegan for sure...

  19. Hey alessandro! I am trying to eat more raw as well... Hope you have some helpfull tips for me! Welcome!
  20. During the last competion I watched there was one big difference between the athletes: Some managed to pose the whole time (even when they stood in the back) and most lost all the tension while going back to their position. But I am sure that you two can do it perfectly! Have fun and show them "wo der Hammer hängt"!

  22. Marla is also very interested in what the "vegan-bodybuilding-family" is doing! Kids are the greatest thing in the world! She looks as if she understands every single word, does`nt she? http://134.147.64.11/spomed/david/Marla1.jpg http://134.147.64.11/spomed/david/Marla2.jpg
