  6. fruits are starchy foods? or simple sugars? I red so many thing about this whole thing but it's a bit dark for me, especially that I'm not reading it on my own language, can someone explain it in a simple way this whole, simple sugars, complex carbohydrates thing etc etc.?
  7. found this 2 interesting videos about wheatgrass, I know lot of you don't believe in god, in the bible, and a I heard some raw fooders don't like that theres too much grains in the world(sorry my english is getting worse), it depends on what do you use it for, there are lot of grains etc. growing by humans because of the meat industry, to get 1kg meat you have to give the animals 10kg food, I don't think grains are bad at all, but this is my opinion, what's yours?
  8. Wow, that is a cool video ; i didn't know what to expect, the music was funny but perfect for it. It really shows the similarities and differences between the two bodytypes commonly built (big diesel bodybuilder and lean shredded fitness type). Maybe they will do a side by side one next time, but then they'd need someone to run the camera? Personally, I like his build better than his bodybuilder friend but that's a matter of preference; big or lean, functional vs aesthetics, etc... Is Michael-Paul a friend of yours? I checked out his site http://www.timelesshealth.net , it is very interesting. What is his eating plan currently cos it seems like he was raw or vegan for a while but that didn't work out long term? He has additional videos on a "Yoga Diet" which I'd guess is Vegetarian if not Vegan, maybe it is lacto-ovo or just lacto? Thanks for sharing. I don't know him, I just watched his videos, he is not raw vegan, he tried raw foods diet but he felt always hungry he said, and he is not vegan because he eats kefir, but that's all I think, he is vegetarian, and from dairy he consumes kefir

One thing I don't like in raw fooders, that they always say to get ORGANIC stuff, ok it would be cool to get, but how could I get organic oranges and bananas here if they don't ship it here, the only organic I can get is what is in my garden, but that's only summer, what should I do at winter? starve? I can't put so many fruits away because they rot, I can dehydrate it, but lot of raw fooders don't like fruits, sometimes I really don't know what to believe, but I would lovely see some raw fooders on the warmer climate how could they survire here at winter when it's -10C out there, and you can't get the whole world to live on a warm climate, I would really want to eat fruits all day, but I can't get everything organic, I could eat fruits all winter too but they are not organic, and as reading durianriders post I was doing somthing not right on the raw diet because I craved all the time, but I ate up a lot of fruits and greens and didn't felt satisfied

  16. MONO? you mean eat on type of fruit? that would be a lot of bananas I was sometimes eating 10 bananas a time and still felt hungry, but know I have whole grains in my diet I feel good, so maybe on day I will be 100% raw, but not now

I never had a problem with veganism, as far I think I'm improving, I don't know any fake meat etc. , feel love for what you are eating, for the fruits, the veggies, everything, and thinkg about how ing is too eat that fish, or that egg and think about it whats does with your body, and with chocolate, you can eat cocoa etc. and there's chocolates that doesn't contain milk, you can get them if you are craving really badly
  19. Sunflower seeds are good, but if I recall correctly, hemp seeds have the most ideal ratio of omega 3 & 6, not to mention a huge amount of them, and are a source of complete protein to boot. I think they taste fantastic as well. yeah, but hemp is banned in my country so I can't get them maybe the oil of it, I saw that once
  20. I found a calorie-counter, sunflower seeds are really high in calories from fat, 43g has 213 calories from fat
