  1. Yeah, I will drink more, especially now, it's really hot, almost 40C, but uhh these onions and garlic are heavy for my stomach

Maybe I'm not hydrated too, because I didn't drink too much now days, I thought the fruits and veggies hydrate me well enough I've got it today, my hunger went to vomiting, I've made some traditional hungaryan food, in the raw version, avocado, green peas,, red onions, some garlic and paprika, it was soooooo bad, I couldn't digest it, and I am still feeling very bad, I think I went too hard on the onions and garlic theese thing very hard raw, when I ate an avocado, with cocoa and lot of almonds I felt satisfied but it wasn't bad for my stomach

If someone want to get dairy in their diet I think goat-dairy products would be the good choice, goat milk is a more similar to human breast milk, so it's better than cow milk, but Arnold Schwarzenegger said that milk is for babies, and he is not a vegan or even a vegetarian, and yeah, there's gelatin in multivitamin, but I don't take multivitamin supplements no more, I studied lot of nutrition and I get everything trough my diet Tim VanOrden on supplement use

You don't get the point, the whole thing is not only about nutrition and blablabla, lot of people is lactose intolerant even they don't know it, they just have little problems like allergies etc., and make a lot of crap in the body, so it's not just all about nutrition, I don't say there's no bad vegan foods, there are a lot of vegan junk foods, but don't just come with this whole nutrition stuff
  5. lol, eat meat to be healthy, than don't give a fuck about other species and eat them.... my health improved a lot when I became vegan, it cured my acid reflux, and I know more have problem with my tonsils, and now that I'm almost on raw food I have even more energy
  6. meat, dairy, eggs - from health dairy is the worst Disagree - our bodies didn't changed trough the year to eat meat, milk etc. , our eating habits is hard because our idiotic society I don't know why people think you can't get healthy on a vegan diet, there's a lot of vegan junk food out there, like Brendan said, because it's vegan it doesn't mean it's healthy, and why are you on this forum if you don't agree with vegans?
  7. Well now it's summer time, but it's hard to go out while you're always hungry, and in class...yeah they mind if you eat anything, I know that plant-eater animals eat all day, but it's hard to fit in our stupid running society this way can you give me some good chart about calories?

My grandpa says too that prisoners ate raw potatoes, your not normal etc., he is a bit overweight, had a 7 hour operation, and he eats lot of red meat and high fat things, so who is unhealthy and meat eaters who try to eat healthy, maybe eat only chicken, and low fat things, and maybe don't drink milk, only joghurt etc.

I have a dehydrator and blender, yesterday I ate a bowl of green-peas with red onion, and lettuce, and after 30-45 minutes I was hungry, I ate to cups or rolled oats(yeah I know it's not raw ) I was still hungry, than I blended 2 big bananas added some cocoa, and drinked it, than I felt satisfied I think I need to get some avocados in my diet edit: went to the shop, there were 7 avocados, bought them all I'm going to eat it to my lunch, what do you think is one avocado at once too much?

I'm trying to be 100% raw, but I'm always feeling hungry, I'm vegan for now 4-5 month, and tried to bulk up, but I realized thats not working for me, now I'm always hungry, especially at lunch, what is a good raw lunch that gets me satisfied for a looong time? because it's bad that I can't go out almost because I always get hungry, and crave certain foods, and home I end up eating lot of things that I found and then I feel like shit, I think from a nutritional point I get everything I need, my stomach got too used to lot of food and now wants more? or just my body craves certain cooked foods?
  12. I feel better and better on more raw food, and if I eat cooked food if I crave so much I feel shit after it, and I tried bulking, eating as much I can and now my stomach wants more and more, so I'm gonna turn it up to a hardcore level and go 100% raw

  15. I looked at alfalfa at nutritiondata, and it says there's 0% B-12 in it, but there is B-12 in alfalfa
  16. how much would cover the daily intake? I eat load of fruits and veggies trough the day, especially I eat lot of greens, lot of sprouts etc. sometime I eat tofu, and green peas or like that just made one: 2 bananas 2 leafs of kale 2 leafs of lettuce a handful of goji berries and water
  17. Transitoning to vegetarian, and than vegan didn't give me a problem, but this raw thing is harder than I thought, I thought it's gonna be easy as to switch to a vegan diet

  23. I just bought a dehydrator, I'm right now dehydrating some sour-cherrys, can anybody give me some good bread recipe? becuase I'm craving bread, but I want some raw alternative
  24. I use now stevia drops, there weren't in other form in the shop, I also wanted to order a plant but now I they don't have any more
  25. If you can get stevia than get it, I make smoothies, greens, water and stevia, it gives it such a good taste
