  6. Why do you absolutly want to be 100% raw and immediatly? you're still young you can be only 75% raw, or be 100% in two weeks or 2 months or in 2 years. If you crave for a certain cooked food, eat it. Before I was thinking like you but there's nothing good about getting stressed because of food. No need to force things.   10. Don't try to do mathematics with food, like adding a bit of potatoes and removing some oatmeal and eating half of a salad... The basic is : if there's at least 75% raw, it allows the body and organs to function more like they're supposed to, which is the ability to clean and recover day after day. maybe I'm just craving after the taste of oatmeal, craving are really bad, it makes you feel hungry when your stomach is full
  11. lol, what stupid test were theese Today morning I ate the whole bowl of salad, and felt hungry and headache all day, before I only eaten maybe the half of the salad, and ate a cup of oatmeal with cocoa and felt full for at least 3 hours, if I put more potatoes to the salad can that solve the problem?
  12. I went raw too, just oats weren't raw in my diet, I've cut it out from my breakfast, I had a lot of cocoa on it too, can this give me headaches too?

It's one of the reasons he was stuffing himself full of beans, oils, tofu, rice etc. just a couple of years ago, in order to actually build some weight and gain some muscle. He had to look good before presenting himself to the world as "the fruitarian one". so you say he is a mountebank?
