  2. hmm, I can eat some nuts and seeds too, who is good in counting calories etc. ? I wanna get to 200-300 calories from fats not more, I eat about total 2000-3000 calories, an avocado has about 250 calories from fats witch is good for a day, so how much nuts and seeds should I eat? I have sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds, flax seeds, nuts, and sometimes almonds too
  3. I don't really want big special recipes, just something to get rid of that fatty taste because I hate that
  4. actually when I follow food combining properly, and now I'm not consuming too much fat, my lips aren't dry, before it was really dried out, and it was hurting all the time
  5. I'm trying out the 80/10/10 diet, it's actually working, when I cut down fats to a low level, I don't get up in the morning like I was ran over by a tractor, I eat an avocado a day for fats. By the way, whats the symptoms if someone doesn't get enough fats? I'm not 100% raw, I eat whole grains and get calories from that too, but I feel good with it

Ahh, I don't add olive oil, I still have a hard time eating it, I don't like that fatty taste in my mouth, with soy milk it's better, but soy milk is a bit expensive and I wanna get my foods as cheap as possibly, so any advice what to do with that fatty taste? ( I follow food combining so I don't wanna mix the whole garden together)
  7. Do you all know some good avocado recipes(raw)? Because on it's own it's not really good, but I don't really want to combine it with fruits or other stuff, I know about guacamole, but any other ideas?

I've red that wheatgrass juice is a really good bodybuilder, I'm buying a juicer, it's in a pack and it's cheaper now in the shop, a juicer, sprouter, and a pack of wheat well it's actually spelt. I can't wait for it! and there's also flax seeds for sprouting and soy beans for sprouting, so next month I'm gonna buy on of those too

I think 100% raw is for those who live on a part of the earth wheres always summer and there are always fresh fruits, I don't think that some whole grain stuff will hurt, and Doug Graham said that include more calories from greens too, so you can make lot of green juices from lettuce that's not expensive, and some spinach, I know it's frozen, but usually it's frozen with a method that's fast, so not all the enzimes are destroyed.
  10. I want to try out this diet, but I include whole grains in my diet, so it's not gonna be 100% raw diet, but I'm satisfied with it this way, only, I think I ate too much fats

  12. Wondering, is it bad to eat spinach every day because of the oxalic acid? because my parents say that it is bad too eat it every day, but I've red it that calcium will get in to the bones from other foods, the oxalic acid makes calcium unavailable in the spinach

  14. Hey all, I'm back from the rockmarathon, it's a one week rock/metal festival in a city called Pécs, it was really cool, and I could stay vegan, and mostly raw, I saw Soilwork too! I tried too eat tofu maybe, and msot nuts and seeds, but I still craved oats and some breads, maybe I stick to raw food+whole grains

  17. I donno why I'm craving bread and pastas, what could I miss from them? I still eat grains in form of sprouts, maybe just my mind is messing with me?
  18. I have goals with raw food too, better health, but nowdays I'm so bored, don't have friends to hang out with and I'm eating what I can found, and ate everything(that's vegan) and found some cereals that were really high in sugar, I feel like I've got poison
  19. I made today eggplant pizza, made the sauce fro avocado on it, put some green peas, garlic and oregano it was so cool if you never tried it, try it

I was a bad eater before, my daily intake was about a bread with some sausage, and sometime some pastas and that's all, than I tried eating a lot of meat(because of that blood-eating stupid thing) I felt horrible, I went to school, I fell to sleep 3 times in school, I came home and I slept again, than I started reading books about eye-sight and included fruits and veggies in my diet, I felt much better, than I red lot of things about dairy and other, and saw the Vegan Fitness Built Naturally DVD and went vegan, and I realized that I love so much animals I don't wan to do this, I felt much better than on my old diet, but the real energy bomb was when I started eating mostly raw, sometimes I crave in to the "bad" things but I try to stay mostly raw and Brendan said that because it's vegan it doesn't mean it's healthy, when I was eating lot of fake meat etc. I didn't had that much energy and that performance that I have now
  21. Look, if you are so against veganism, why do you come here? We make some B12 but we can only use it if our body works well, and there are natural source of B12 like kombucha, alfalfa, spirulina, and if we wouldn't wash everything, just pick it in the nature we would get B12
  22. Did not know that....I knew about the long digestive tract and the fact that we are obviously closer to apes......good to know. I was chastising my cousin for killing a deer and my aunt said to me " If you have eye teeth you are a carnivore" I came back at her with the flat teeth long digestive tract closer to apes argument. She is still convinced humans are carnivorous...and she's a teacher! It's sad we have eye teeth, but it's little, and we couldn't catch and kill any animal with our bare hands
  23. I love cycling too, running is not my favorite but if I'm full with energy I go for a run too How much protein are there in nuts and seeds compared to an avocado?
  24. Yeah I go swimming every morning, I love swimming Can an avocado cover a daily fat intake? because if it can I maybe would cut out nuts and seeds, but would be cool to get some spirulina in my post-smooothies in-place of nuts and seeds
