I love alfalfa sprouts, I have aslo seen in a health food store fenugreek but didn't tried it, I red that it is used a lot in animal health, and now days in human health too, is it worth it to buy? also now I'm gonna sprout broccoli because I'm really low on greens and theres no lettuce or anything really green in the stores

Milk and Eggs have great source of protein. (amino acid profile wise) Eggs contain niacin, riboflavin, biotin, choline, vitamins A, D and E, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, iron, iodine, copper, zinc and sulphur. Casien in milk is slow digesting making it awesome to drink before bed. (slow digesting) Dont plan to take them out, but thanks for your input. take them out, don't worry about protein so much, I know if your a beginner vegetarian your worrying about everything but don't if you want good sources of protein eat quinoa, soy, and thing like these

I think it is possible to build muscles on fruitaran diet, and that you can have all the vitamins and minerals on 3 cups of juice, but where do you get enough calories to burn as energy? like wheatgrass juice is super nutritious too, but there's no calorie in it -
http://zoom.hu/belfold/akcios-medvekolbasz-monoron I know you can't read it because it's in hungarian but look at the pictures, who is that insane to make sausage out of bears?

http://www.rawfoodsupport.com/read.php?2,25207 hey, I found this forum and a lot of people swears at the 80/10/10, and say that Doug is not even a doctor and whatever, and that fruits aren't enough nutritious, but if the soil is so run-down why would be other plants more nutritious? the 80/10/10 works fore me really good, although I eat sprouted grains and stuff, but 80-90% of my daily meals are fruits, especially sweet fruits if I can get them, whats your opinion on this? -
this quinoa sprouts really fast, also the amaranth sprouted too, is amaranth gluten free? not that I am gluten intolerant just it makes a lighter stomach if it is gluten free

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lp65DC0I68 watch Dr. Douglas Grahams speech on sports nutrition, it's six episodes but you will find the rest easily, I think it helps a lot, I found lot easier to stay on the raw track with the 80/10/10 diet, I don't say you have to do it this way, just a tip

I wrote to Dr. Douglas Gaham about organic vs. non-organic foods, and asked him about B12 too, he wrote back this: If you can't buy organic, then don't. I am simply suggesting that organic is better than conventional. Yes, non-organic is really that bad, depending upon the specific food you are referring to. B12 grows in your nasal mucosa. It is not something you need worry about in advance. Dr D -

I'm sometimes really confused about this B-12 thing, I've red that alfalfa(sprouts too) have B-12, nutritiondata.com says it doesn't, I've red that kombucha have B-12 too but you won't absorb that, you don't absorb from spirulina, wheatgrass doesn't have enough, and I can't get always unwashed fruits and veggies, sometimes I really don't know what to believe, I've red that soy sprouts have B-12 too but it's really hard to sprout soy beans -
