robert Posted September 17, 2005 Share Posted September 17, 2005 4 Times a week with weights and play basketball once per week: Monday=Chest and ShouldersTuesday=Back and Abs and play basketballWednesday=Rest and eat plentyThursday=LegsFriday=ArmsSaturday=Rest and eat plentySunday=Rest and eat plenty My days OFF from work are Monday and Tuesday so I train both of those days because it can be tough to work all day, train, and then do all my other work (computer work). I prefer to train on my OFF days so then on Saturdays and Sundays I just work 7:30AM-4PM and then I'm totally done for the day and can focus on computer work or running errands. I've trained 6 days a week, 5 days a week, but I prefer 4 days a week right now. I am supposed to do bike riding--anywhere from half an hour to two and half hours, on the trainer or on the road--every day, but I haven't gotten into that groove yet.
