  2. i have to use gloves cause otherwise my sweaty hands would just slip off the bar every time. that almost happened when i forgot my gloves and did bench press, not really funny. i've heard really big and strong guys defending the belt usage while doing bench press, curls, whatever and if they want to do so then they should feel free to do it. i don't see much sense in it so i don't.

  20. No, I don't think so. His nickname was "The Chemist" supposedly because he took a lot of amino acids and vitamins/supplements, which was rare in those days. I think it may be his nickname for other reasons.
