  16. yeah, the first three weeks are supposed to be kind of a preparation. i don't work with my actual 5RM weights yet, although i'm pretty close to them now. the bench felt kinda heavy, though. probably because i was used to do the first set as the heaviest.

  20. Thanks for the reminder - I still need to try and figure out how to get them edited and what software will work, because at 250mg each, it might just take a while to get them done I'll try again today! that would be so great! i#m looking forward to see the master of squatting in action.
  21. my hands were so sweaty that my grip got wider and wider while pushing the bar. thought about using chalk and maybe order some when the gloves are fucked up, it's cheaper anyway.
