  1. Are you eating just after you trained?Maybe you eat to much in 1 go.Those are the only times i feel woozy when eating.

  3. Hit weights again.Legs, bi's and abs.Getting back into good shape now.Still only training about 2 times a week but will do my best to increase that all i can.

How's the rugby going?I like league over union but their kind of similar.Nothings more moral boosting to a team then a huge tackle from a kickoff.I use to sprint down and collide sonnybill williams style with the prop whenever i had enough adrenalin going.Didn't always come off best though lol. That functional strength thing was funny but my cousin is a lot more muscly than me and lifts more and yet i out wrestle him all the time.All i do is free weights with 1 or 2 cable things in there and he trains at a gym so i'd say he uses cables a lot more.He told me he doesn't even do squats so maybe that is my advantage.
  11. Lifted again.Chest and shoulders.Added 4kg to bench press.Looking for more consistency but still the most consistent I've been for 2 years lol.

It seemed to have a huge affect on my strength when i used a liquid syrup version and also when i used the BSN creatine and even just the N.O Xplode.My bench went up 5kg in first week of use.The only 1 that had no affect whatsoever was a cheap monohydrate.I did the loading and everything, even used over 5 grams a day but nothing.Haven't used any at all for over a year now though.Haven't been training so it would of been a waste.Might get some soon if i remain a little consistent.
  17. I never had a lean 6 pack so i wouldn't know.But when i've been on creatine i never noticed the extra water on me.
  18. Lightweight is a talented division.Mac and Wiman are at about the same point right now.Either 1 can win.
