  1. yeah I actually done work them at all anymore. I stopped doing a lot of my heavier exercise movements like shrugs and SL dead lifts. ive always had a problem with lats and abs showing so I know these are problem areas too. here's an older pic of me. http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/7828/upcloseqj5.jpg
  2. yeah im aware I need to in many places. im not going to do any shows any time soon so im not worried about bringing up lagging areas. Thank you for your consructive criticism though. I love working out and currently do not have any goals in mind. When I do and I reach them then i will post a progression pic. Also, what do you recommend I better?
  3. Where did all this come from? I emailed a bunch of people and some want to know the source.
  4. Weight gainers are mostly sugar and crap ingredients. trust me!! I used to drink about 3500 cals in one shake each day and didnt gain crap. they are a waste of money IMO. Eat lots of food even when not hungry and train really hard so your body will grow.
  5. Shoot for 1800 cals. With your level of activity you might need a few more cals with more nutrients to please your body. All vegans should cut these as well: *Refined sugar (soda, candy, sweets, etc) *Hydregenated oils (synthetic trans fat) *Salt *Processed foods *Foods with more chemicals than real ingredients. Quality carbs are the way to go. When I got to my lowest bf% I was eating mostly fruit with a little of other things.. Plan out your meals a week or two at a time and count the calories before hand. Keep it roughly the same everyday. Once youve had your meal or snack then NO MORE food after that until the next meal. A lot of foods will make you want to devour a whole pantry even after eating plenty(example: Dinner. a lot of average people want dessert. stay away). If you write it down more than likely youll stick to it and thts the best way to go. If 1800 is too much and you dont see any improvement in your bf loss then take it down a couple hundred cals to 1600(wait 2-3 weeks) and continue. Hope this helps.
  6. "Oral-only" is what you can label yourself. Dont have kids until youre ready!! Its not bad when they can walk and talk and do stuff on their own, but before that is the real responsibility. I always used the pull-out method and it worked.... oh wait, I have a kid. *Doh*
  7. So I gained some bf and around 10lbs(morning weight) since my last adventure at the playground. I actually got someone else interested in it and here is a few pics. I can tell im leaning up again, yay for me. lol. We're gonna go once a week now and alternate weeks on lower/upper. http://img50.imageshack.us/img50/3066/jimi1cd0.jpg http://img103.imageshack.us/img103/4076/shan5pk7.jpg http://img118.imageshack.us/img118/7327/shan7xx1.jpg
  8. I eat around 2lbs of grapes a day 2 tomato sandwiches in the mornings (on Ezekial break and veganaise) 28oz of vegetarian baked beans almost everyday for lunch (this right here gets me through tough workouts with plenty of energy!!) Oatmeal with bananas and raisins in it. Apples, Quinoa, Corn on the cobb, whole-wheat pasta and whatever other fruits my clients bring me on a weekly basis.
  9. Just shaking it up in a shaker works great!! mixes very well.
  10. i like vegannaise on my tomato sammiches!!!!!! I have both components!! Want me to video it and post on youtube?
  11. why would this be a joke? kickbacks do work for what they are intended.
  12. http://www.bellplantation.com/ Its made here in the South(Georgia) and tastes great without all that fat and is really convenient since it is powder and not goo. I had someone bring me half a jar. I threw some into a protein drink and man it beats any protein powder with peanutbutter flavoring in it!!! Made with USA grown peanuts that are slow-roasted and pressed to remove fat. All natural with no additives. PB2 has the same consistency as full fat peanut butter with all of the natural roasted peanut flavor but with 75% less fat calories. PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter is mixed with water to create a traditional peanut butter mixture. It is also wonderful for recipes that call for peanut butter. (browse recipes) Ingredients include: Peanuts, salt, sugar (NO preservatives)
  13. take your glucosamine at night time too so when you sleep you can rebuild. I once took glucosamine for 2 weeks and laid off the weights and my wrists and elbows hurt the whole time but after that it seemed cured. I think it was the whole healing phase where every night when i was asleep they would ache like no other. But then got better. It takes time. Its not a miracle supplement. side note: I had a client thats a nurse tell me about a new supp that is supposed to regrow cartilage and up the sinovial fluid in joints. I googled the pamphlet and this is what it is: http://www.nikken.com/product.cfm?ThemeID=6&GetProductGroup=Replenishment&GetProductID=183 OsteoDenx from Nikken is a revolutionary formula to help you maintain strong, healthy bones for life. 16. This thread has made me want to compete seriously now!! Looking great BTW!!
  17. I like to pick my nose when I feel a big booger in there and feed it to my dog. I weigh myself daily even though im not trying to gain nor lose.
  18. Wheat flour, nutritional yeast, water, mustard and some sea salt.
  19. I dont think the word delicious can describe how awesome this meal was! Like the amateur "chef" that I am I had to share with people and they all agreed how great it was! The people I gave it to couldnt believe it was vegan and wanted the recipe.
  20. Thanks you. yes, very much, 100% natural!! I do not promote drug use in any way!
