  1. Maybe not the answer you are waiting for, but... I think there is no general BEST time to drink or eat, and there is no BEST food. Don't get me wrong, but it seems that people have lots of doubts... when should I eat, what should I drink and how much, working out in the morning or should I work out in the evening, how much sleep do I need... My personal advise would be, do what suits YOU right. Listen to your body and observe it well and then you should know what you need and when.

  3. My progress is going up and down since two years now. I can gain muscle easily, but if I don't stick to my work out everything is gone within some weeks. Now I will kick my ass (again) and try to stay on track, BUT... I am working as a massage therapist 40 - 60 hrs a week, which causes two problems: 1) it is heavy work, which makes me somtimes too tired to work out in the evening. 2) I don't have the time to work out in the evening, because sometimes I am working till 23.00 pm. So, the only time when I can work out is between 6 - 9 am. I am definitely not a morning type, but I will give it a try. Question: who is working out in the morning and how do you feel? How does your breakfast look like? And what about getting rest? Is it better to work out late at night and then going to bed? In my case I would work out and then do my work. Is this bad for muscle grow?

  5. I eat lots of bananas. 10 big ones are normal for me during one day. I never feel sick or constipated and I don't believe that you can eat too many bananas. My stool is always very smoth and I only spend some seconds in the toilet while most people I know need much more time.

  9. What do you guys eat to get enough energy for weight lifting? I am not a friend of veggies so most raw stuff I like is all kind of fruit, oatmeal, raisins, carots, tomatoes. What else is left? Unfortunately where I live I cannot get lot's of tropical fruits so I have not a big variety of fruits. Especially not in winter.

  11. Hey Bigbwii, I havn't joined the forum for a while and for me it's time again to shape up and change my cooking/eating lifestyle and start training again. So, I was happy to see your message here and I will try to join it starting tomorrow. I havn't seen this message before so I am not prepared to start today. I hope you will support us all with training and eating tips. Great idea. Thanks for posting it. I don't quite understand this, because I think Bigbwii looks great on this pic and even stronger than before! Let the challenge begin!

  14. Even if those crazy people will find the hormone behind homosexual tendencies, there is nothing, absolutely nothing, that will make me stop fucking a nice ass !!!!
  15. I think that rest and sleep are more important than food, but I have the feeling that lots of fruit every day helps me to recover quickly. I am training very hard at the moment, but did reduce the quantity of fruit. I feel a little bit tired now and will increase my daily fruit input again.
  16. ALREADY DID IT! After a warming up with some sets with 60, 70 and 75kgs I put on 77,5kgs(170.5lbs) and finally... 1 rep 80kgs(176lbs) and again 1 rep 80kgs!!!!! Even if I don't get in shape enough to win this challenge, I have started my own challenge now. Let's see how much weight I can bench press after the last 6 weeks of the challenge (maybe 85kgs???)

  18. This is how it is going at the moment: I am not losing a lot of fat at the moment, but gaining some muscles on chest and shoulders. Strength is getting better so I hope that I will gain a little more. Seven weeks left. So, I do my best. New personal best on flat bench press: I started June 29th bench was 6x60kg(132lbs) Today August 9th bench 4x65kg(143lbs) 6x70kg(154lbs) 3x75kg(165lbs) 2x75kg 2x75kg 2x75kg 4x70kg Which is an improvement of 15kgs(33lbs) within 6 weeks. My goal on bench press is 8x75kg(165lbs) and then aim for 8x77.5kg(170.5lbs). Maybe at the end of this challange at least 1x80kg(176lbs). How are you guys doing at the moment? Any progress in strength or grow?
