chrisjs
I like Disturbed. Sorry if that's not obscure/euro/retro enough. It's the same thing as Asians loving Britney Spears. They don't know what she's saying, but it sounds good to them!So "Asians" do not understand English? Is that a rule? Perhaps it's obviously true since they like her music... if they did understand it there's no excuse for liking it!

cubby2112
Could be. Those bands aren't anything like Rammstein, they are just grouped under the same basic genre, which has vastly different kinds of music under it.

tiiiti
My work out playlist consists mostly of hardcore and punk. Mainly finnish bands like wasted, anal thunder and ILLS, but also swedish sista sekunden gets me going. On the more mellow side I also have bands like sahara hotnights, greenday and the donnas on the playlist. My dirty little secret is that there's also some Avril Lavigne there.. xveganjoshx
I don't really "get pumped" to music anymore. I used to put on stuff like slipknot, etc, to get angry and stuff. I listen to rap, pop, electronica, whatever now, but more so to keep myself entertained between sets as opposed to making me all angry and strong.
