  4. I can hardly eat 2000! Seriously, I take a mental tally of what I've eaten for the day and it's like 1200-1500 most of the time, it's TERRIBLE. I need more since I'm doing weights and running...I'm just kinda poor. I eat like...bananas, oatmeal, quinoa, red beans, lentils, peanut butter, kale and broccoli. I could easily eat more calories on the same budget, it would just be more fat though, and I don't really want that. Damn the cheap American diet standards! I do the same, I can't stand to sit there and count 100% accurate, but I just eyeball it. I've been eating the same for a while so I know the calorie contents. I usually don't eat that much just because it takes so much effort to do, gets annoying, still easy to do though. I've been known to eat ridiculously high amounts of carbs, enough to make any female on a low carb diet hate me. Ask thendanisays, or veggieprincess about that one.

  11. Dude, Ive been riding your coat tails the whole way. What do you mean you dont know it all? Ive been thinking this whole time about how you look and have changed. Im still coming to you for advice! Plus, we are arounf the same bf% so dont give me the "octo is leaner bit" cause im not! Not sure once I start depleting my carbs how im gonna get through workouts! I hear "good luck" and "youre gonna do great" here and there, but its not the same. They dont compete so they dont know nor are they going through the same as I am at the moment. I feel your poop pain. Its def from eating low carb. The day before I talked to you I pooped and it smelled like a burned out match. I read that that could be a bacteria problem. Then I ate 2 packages of rice cakes in two days and by the third when they came out it smelled just like sweet rice cakes. Weird. Im glad all that is out of me now. Hey, what are your snacks? Dont give us the general idea of your snacks. What are you eating man? Giac is cutting out seeds and nuts and called them cheat foods so now Im confused. Ill stick with Arugala, hemp oil, tofu, maybe some other greens and protein powder. I feel we're all gonna be "full of shit" come 20 days from now. Pun intended. We should all get a colonic the night before to come in even lighter. BRIAN... That means you too!!! Ha Ha Damn, are you gonna be alright?

American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 1995; 61 (4) Notmilk.com is hardly a credible source. Go get an anatomy textbook or something. Calcium is used for other things (controlling nerve function, muscle contractions, blood clotting etc...) in the body which is why calcium is pulled from the bones if the blood concentration is too low. Maintaining the pH of the blood is done by pH buffers called carbonic acid (if the blood is too alkaline), and bicarbonate (if too acidic). Not calcium.

The fanbase for modern female bodybuilding is pretty small, and they are losing pro shows (one in tampa) because nobody wants to see females that resemble men.
