  1. Yeah that what I keep hearing He's good, but in a way you're better at explaing things. It made sence when you told me to use a low gear and high cadence. I'm feeling so much faster. Thanks for the tips.. I'm pulling my legs up faster! In a secret code I'm good to go SHHHHH ! Remember hehe I just took my bike in to get inspected and I'll find out if it's okay to ride on the roads. There was this sweet Argon frame that I was lovingat.. It matches our colors.. Orange and black.. and there's orange tape on the handles bars. Too bad the price was lower..
  2. Hey MissV I'm an endurance athlete.. so I need lots of carbs. Dark green leafy vegetables, and lots of fruits in my diet .. I eat carbs before, durning and after my workouts. I learnt that you don't need any fat or protein if you're going to do any kind of cardio.. it good to get some esential fats and protein about a few hrs after you workout A couple of hrs after my training, I might have a smoothie with some vega. Then I eat more alkline forming whole raw foods and eat more until I'm satisfed... I'll have another vega bar for a snack before dinner. Then For dinner a huge heathly salad Then more veggies if I'm hungary before bed. Have fun experimenting with yourself

  9. Yes I've been there... and you're not alone either nuts are really high in fat..I don't eat them.. If I do I eat very little. If you do eat them then I suggest soaking them over night.. easier on the gut, and it won't make you gasy or bloated. It also takes away some of the fat....   12. I take it you're not eating enough Greens and fruit !!! Cut off the caffieen and relace it was fruit.. PS Jam is added sugar, and if it say no added surgar then it's probably added aspritame. So it's good to check the ingredents.. If I'am doing bike training I eat about 4 banana's wraped in kale. B12 and 2 cordycepts, Barley grass drink and maca root. On my bike I'll eat half a vega bar and make my own engery drink. Bring banana's and dates. I don't take protein or fats on my bike or running or in the morning Also I swim on an empty stomach, I don't like to mess around with my body there, I had weird experiences ...After will be a vega smoothie, and more fruit during the day. Then a gigantic salad for dinner. Carbs! Carbs! and more Carbs! Oh and alkline foods !!!! But that's what my body like best in the morning. You'll have to experiment yourself and know what you're body likes Have fun
  13. Yes True.. But you only know what's best for your body. Not everyone elses. Unwashed root veggies are safe if it's organic.
  14. Yes like roots vegetables, make sure they're organic though.. Also Seaweed and vega all have B12.. Which isn't really realible unless you've been doing it for a long time. I know Brendan Brazier doesn't take a supplement. but he's been doing this for 17 yrs.. So I recomand taking a B12 supplement first..

  21. I drink a green called Green Magma. It's basically a Organic barley green juice... It's one of Scott Jurek sponsor (OA's Pro-Activist) He's also an ultramarathoner who won the 243km Spartathon last year. Not bad flavor either. Tastes really healthly green.
