Vegan "Chicken" Coming Soon to KFC Canada
endcruelty replied to michaelhobson's topic in General Discussion
has anyone tried the new burger? ... i'll admit, as much as i despise the company, i'm very open to trying new things, and will most likely eat the thing. if you know people who love kfc, after eating it yourself you can recommend it for other people who eat the meat. -

Brendan Brazier showing how to make an energy bar on TV
endcruelty replied to robert's topic in Health & Nutrition Programs
that was quite entertaining although, blueberries and chocolate? does that really taste good? kind of feels like a conflict of tastes hehe i've eaten cereal with chocolate milk with blueberries and i don't think it was the greatest, but what do i know, bar might be awesome -
ya it's been a weird couple days here, online and on tv covering this. you don't really hear of things like this here in Canada, so it's a little shocking. sometimes i wish we had the death penalty in special situations (i'm an ass i know, but come on!)

i can put on my socks without having to growl anymore the only way i could put them on before was to lay down on my bed, put my right foot on the bed so i could place my left foot on my right knee. then i would turn my left foot so i could get it closer to my body and barely get the sock around my toes and then struggle to unwrap it good times, now i can put it on without having to use my knee as support lol thought i'd let you all know my baby steps hehe

Can acne be cured by any herbal treatments?
endcruelty replied to Jamie00's topic in Health & Nutrition Programs
what i do, basically i use hydrogen peroxide and keep stress to a minimum. i had the worst acne face in high school, every single product i used did little at best, nothing seemed to clear my skin whole out. couple of years ago i started using more natural products like apple cider viniger and oregano oil, but they didn't seem to help much. started using hydrogen peroxide and my face is as good as it's ever been. i still get bumps and an occasional breakout, but they go away so much faster no a ways. give it a shot it might help, plus it's like $1 a bottle so no worries if it doesn't work you won't go broke. also noticed i get more breakouts when i surrounded with stress, so learn to keep a handle on that and i eat tons of chocolate, yet no acne from that lol -
oh man i suck, this is the first time ever hearing of or seeing this clip that documentary i gatta see now

that is a very nice story, one i can envision in some "chicken soup for the vegan soul" or some other story based book, seriously. on another note, how immature of those students to be so unprofessional. quite sad if you ask me that such disrespect and attitude is shown in a hospital of all places

oh man i've watched so many movies lately i'll just c&c my reviews from my facebook account Dan in Real Life Loved it! The tone and atmosphere feels so realistic to real life. The humor and drama isn't blown of out proportion, rather it captures life just how truly it is. A real gem of a film. Wanted It's not the worst shoot em movie that's for sure. It has a fairly decent twist which amused me, and the ending was kick ass. The visuals are without doubt something which isn't utilized too much in films, so it was refreshing to see such amazing animations. Every shooter movie from here on will be so boring now, unless the bullets curve of course. Hancock Very surprised how much I liked this movie. The cgi of Hancock in flight, and just about every fight and action scene is done with top quality animation. I like how the script showed Hancocks flaws, his history, and struggle, all in one fairly short film. Oh and Charlize Theron, looking fine as usual. The Happening The movie started off great, created suspense, and was quite dramatic. As it went on though, I found it got slower and slower. To the point where I actually didn't care what was going on. It was fine until they reached the houses, from then on it got quite boring, but defiantly not as bad as people are saying. For an R rating, this movie was soft, extremely soft. The suicide scenes weren't even nasty, they cut away as soon as something started happening. The Incredible Hulk This is how the Hulk movie should have been made first time around, none of that comic book appearance, just straight up bad ass Hulk. I was skeptic with this one (just as I was with Iron Man), but it turned out rather well. Story was decent, and action was pretty hardcore.

foam roller eh? that sounds interesting there's this product called True Back which looks really beneficial, but considering it's $80 + s&h and to Canada, it'd be quite pricey. so the foam sounds so appealing, and sad thing is i was shopping today and saw them, errr hyperextention machine i'd love by i can do somewhat close exercises on the ball and with certain yoga poses, so i'll do them for now. all in all, even with all my whining i do and the pain i'm in, i'm actually quite optimistic about this. i mean, it could be worse, so a couple discs are a tad wack and my muscles and joints suck, it's all fixable. and when all this is done and over with, i'll have a nice story to tell people how i ruined my back all those years ago and how i fixed it
-
not sure if anyone cares, but i'll update my x-ray results. apparently i have two bulging discs (S1-L4) plus the spasms, apparently nothing more. from this point, i'm gonna start doing very very very basic stretching and conditioning to strengthen the area before trying anything crazy (that stupid ab wheel for one lol)
-
what a pain in the ass ...... one month of this annoying bullshit back pain last week i was stretching and the next couple of days my back went into a shit storm of spasms, good times! it just doesn't want to let go of me, i guess my lower back loves to see me in pain hehe
