  11. well, its hard to give you an answer thats any good without more information is all dv is saying. We don't know what "your way" is, OR the nutritionist's plan, so how can we answer what we think you should do? Truth be told, if you dont like the plan, then your not going to stick with it. and at any rate you should find a nutritionist that works WITH you to help create a plan that is both optimal AND attainable. If you dont like it, keep looking.
  12. i like circuit training as it turns out. I used to do it before when i first started losing weight and now that i'd like to lose weight again-i find myself circuit training again! And i wasn't really looking forward to it, but once i started doing it, i freaking loved it. Zero rest in between sets, so just-BOOM sweat everywhere. followed by an hour of low intensity cardio. I made it to the gym five days this week already, which is good because i'm a double fri and sat at work. I don't know if i have lost a pound yet-BUT-I can finally see my muscles again. thank god. (or vp!) which is awesome. I'll be back where i was at in no time. ::crosses fingers:: Diet has been on track. It's rough, but i'm getting used to it again. i made seitan with DV the other day and she gave me half of it.....i'm pretty sure it will be gone by tomorrow. now i have to make more! SOOOOOOOOOOOOO good. Buffalo seitan anyone? YUM!
  13. you could do reverse crunches, which are where you lie down like a regular cruch but with your feet in the air and instead of crunching your upper body to the middle, you use your abs to crunch your legs in so your tailbone comes up off the floor a little bit. OR a simpler thing to explain anyway are leg lifts. lie down legs straight, hands either at your side or under the small of your back and lift your legs straight up in the air trying to keep your lower back in contact with the floor (or your hands) the whole time and slowly lower them back down so that your feet are a few inches from the floor. repeat. keep it up pinky!
  14. welcome, you've come too a great place! and we'll help you with your english.
  15. cyclists cycle. powerlifters powerlift runners run and bodybuilders build bodies. all of these things take hard work and dedication. and that needs to be respected no matter what each individual's goals are. we are here to SUPPORT one another! Who cares if a lot of bbing is about how the muscles look on stage? no one is knocking a powerlifter for being smaller-those guys are so strong!!! and thats freaking respectable. and sculpting one's body to build big muscles and cut down for a competetion or what have you--is damn respectable too! any one who bodybuilds knows this firsthand and doesnt really need to defend themselves. this was originally a bbing forum and EXPANDED to encompass all aspects of fitness and that is really cool. but it is what it is. daywalker-its great to have you back!
  16. seriously! i think its pretty normal to go through a rebellious phase during that time. chances are they'll either get caught and then they'll stop. or they'll just outgrow it. of course there will be a few that continue down a shitty path, but this statistic is anything but surprising.
  17. isnt that the way it always is? haha. anyway just wanted to say that youre doing awesome! you look great. keep it up!
