I thought very long putting my pictures here for everyone to see. I'm shy and afraid of what people think about my skin. I have NF1 and it causes nasty looking but usually harmless spots and tumours to my skin and nerves. I feel uncomfortable when I have to be in revealing clothes if someone I don't know well sees me. I have more courage nowadays than few years ago, thanks to Love of my life. So I decided to be brave and put my pictures here and tell my own story. My project started when I managed to loose weight. These pics are from November the 8th 2008. As you can see there is a lot of work to do. My biggest problem is gaining weight...or more precise muscle mass. At the time of the pictures I stand at 74,6kg and body fat of 8%. That will be all for now...I will write some more in the introduction section...

Very unfortunate that before I started to seriously train near the end of fall last year I never got a shirtless picture of myself : / . I've been training since November. I recently took a picture to see if I've progressed in anyway. I was really disappointed! I feel I have lost fat around my chest due to almost 2 months of hard cardio. But there are no muscle gains! I've been doing mainly compound movements 3 times a week. I feel its my diet thats letting me down. Although now I have cut out most of the unecessary carbs, I eat between 100-150g. Protein I have trouble meeting. I can barely get 162g (1g per 1lb body weight). I need seriously help guys because this is frustrating. It cannot all be down to protein. ok so this is my first real post here this is not so much a progression of my training but a progression of my "before-i-start" training i raided my archives and tried to come up with some kind of body shots around these times and there they are as you can see in 05-06 when i was playing rugby . . i really wasnt much of anything 2007 = no training what so ever really and 2008 = still no substaintial training, just doing a set of "21's" with a barbell everyday, dumbell flys whenever i have the time, and i generally attempt to tense my stomach for most part of the day,whether im sitting down, walking around, working etc, i just try and keep it tensed, was a tip i …

Ok I guess I need to work on sizing pictures on here lol. Anyways, I have to say just one round of P90X I had ALOT more strength especially in my upper body. I started out being able to do ZERO chin ups to almost EIGHT unassisted .. that is a big feat for me Pregnant again after baby #3 I am DETERMINED TO get as fit as ever and would love as much advice as possible. Hello, I'm looking for one or more pics of vegan bodybuilders to use on my website to illustrate an article on protein. I specifically want a model who does *not* use protein supplements, since the whole point of the article is that if plants have enough protein to grow massive elephants, they certainly have enough protein to build comparatively puny humans. So by the same token, I would also have to exclude anyone who considers themselves to be on a "high protein" vegan diet, as I read here that some do. Hello guys, Well I'd really appreciate some help with this matter. I having a lot of trouble to lower my body fat %. I don't really know what am I doing wrong. So I'll post here my calorie intake and the food I eat and also what am I doing to exercise myself. I work in a computer, so I don't have a very active day despite my workouts. I really want to post pictures, but I can't upload photos to this forum. Furthermore, my right click on my mouse isn't working so I can't use the properties function to get the proper links. At first I just thought my laptop mouse was just dying and the right click button was not working. Well I got a new mouse and the right click button still doesn't work. I can't seem to find anything wrong with my setting in my control panel through the mouse tab or the internet options tab. Can anybody help me because I can't even get an avatar!
