  2. But thanks for the heads up cubby! I'll definitely buy some if its affordable and doesen't taste like vomit Hmmmm, what does vomit taste like? Probably some sort of animal product. Thanks for the heads up Cubby, I will also take a look.
  3. Nice hair . . . PS Really appreciate this forum.
  4. Sounds like a lack of imagination and vocabulary from the teacher.
  5. candle gazing with attention to breath can both quiet and focus the mind . . .
  6. oh . . . I've only been doing 14s . . . got to switch to 21s now... hopefully help out my pipecleaner arms!
  7. Thanks for the info! I have added a 2nd leg day per week from being inspired by your leg pics. So thanks for that also.
  8. Taiwan (Taipei) in August to visit with my wife's family and teachers. San Antonio road trip in June. Work in San Antonio though. Anyone know any good Veganresources in San Antonio? Here's my wife: http://i32.tinypic.com/2zipkkk.jpg
  9. What are BB 21s? Congrats on a massive hack squat!
  10. Non sequitur is ubiquitous in my daily life.
  11. I accidently put my car key into my front door lock . . . I turned it and my house started up . . . so I drove it to the store and got some seitan.
  12. I have the same wrist problem . . . oh well, I sure am not going to stop squatting. I tend to like the high rep stuff as well. Love that burn! Many thanks for that link, very cool that it is still there. I remember walking in and looking at the stage and one of the huge racks of lights crashing down to the stage floor . . . the stage tech said to all of us, "Don't worry, that usually doesn't happen during the show" Yikes!
  13. Dude, you inspired my squats today . . . nothing like yours, but I did better than I ever have . . . thanks!
  14. Nice benching . . . how are your wrists doing while squatting? This item is pricey, but works . . . from the pictures, one could also easily make their own version. http://www.davedraper.com/fitness_products/product/TTS.html I was in Billings in the 80s, very cool place. Nice old theater, probably gone now?
  15. I do agree that Vegans are ultimately human . . . I definately hear you Jay, about feeling hurt or almost betrayed if other Vegans are mean or indifferent. Having faced so much negativity for so many years, I would at least like to think that someone who has gone through the same ordeals would at least be civil. I guess everyone has their own agenda and ways of coping with the world. I have found that at least Vegans have some understanding of what I am doing. Anyway, I have developed a very thick skin and relied on a sense of humor. If they are unhappy or mean, that's their choice, not mine . . . best wishes to you!
  16. I wasn't really serious about that. I think that I will just vote.
