Crystal's Failed Grad School Training
bodybag replied to Crystal's topic in Online Training Journals & Blogs
Happy Birthday Crystal! -
I only have one question. What's the process and how long does the process take to become a Canadian citizen? I have my eyes set on Toronto because I visited their for a weekend in 1998 and I liked the city. My blood relatives live on the US east coast, however I'm open to moving to Western Canada. Also, I only speak English. I already have an A.A.S. degree and I should have a B.S. degree by Fall 2009-Spring 2010 academic year.

A short list of Gods - Kinda how I feel about things
bodybag replied to robert's topic in General Discussion
I am not particularly religious one way or the other, but I can find very little in Buddhism that supports any of the negatives you mentioned above, except perhaps a little misogyny... Tibet was a feudal theocracy ruled by a Buddhist hierarchy that owned serfs before the Peoples Republic of China invaded. Tibetan commandos received military training from the CIA, a terrorist organization, to use violence to resist Chinese occupation. -
I really liked it, thanks for sharing. Who is the guy, does he have his own show or something? Keith Olbermannhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keith_Olbermann Countdown with Keith Olbermann http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3036677/

Amy, you're putting words in my mouth. I said many not most in the post you responded too. The Religious Right are a large minority with a lot of money influencing public policy. How can art physical harm someone? Creationism is not science and shouldn't be taught alongside evolution. It would be appropriate to teach Intelligent Design/Creationism in a comparative religion class not a science class. -

Sam's Strength Training Journal
bodybag replied to sosso's topic in Online Training Journals & Blogs
I read an article somewhere online that said BB towel shrugs are good for grip strength. I've never tried them before. -
That explains why you come off as such an asshole on some of your other posts. Maybe it does, I'm still waiting for your explanation though. You're cleaver and witty.

I've been an atheist for most of my 40 years and an agnostic since I was 5 years old. The problem I have with many religious people is they are trying to impose their beliefs on others and turn the US into a theocracy. It's not just the Christian Religious Right. There are many Liberal Christian Democrat social conservative theocrats in the US. They want to change public policy deny women reproductive rights, oppose gay marriage, bring prayer back into public schools, censor the arts, music, literature, film, etc... Historically Christians and Muslims are imperialist. European Jews became imperalist in the 1940's. The secular religions of Marxist-Leninsm and Psychology is a replacement for people who can't think for themselves or come to their own conclusions. Can I prove God does not exist? I have more important things to occupy my mind with than fairy tales and mythology. I think religion is anti-intellectual. -

That Asian woman is HOT! Where can I find more photos of her? The web address at the bottom of the photo took me to a website that's in a language I can't read so I can't navigate around the site.

Just tried a spinning class for the first time.
bodybag replied to VegannNY's topic in General Fitness/Other Sports
From one "I hate cardio except for martial arts class" person to another, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed your first spinning class. I've thought about joining the local YMCA in the past so I can use their cardio machines. -
I'll have to get back to you. I only skimmed through it.

tuc, your Big 3 numbers and weight gain in one year is impressive. -
No need to apologize. I like reading your post, they're very informative.

Aha, so you acctually thought that I was serious when I said 50 girls would jump me? I'll try to be clearer next time. You misinterupted my last post. You obviously took offense to what I said, otherwise you would not have replied twice. Who feels bad about themselves? Take a look at the face in your mirror. I don't waste my time with online drama. See ya!
