  1. This is the reason I watch PBS when I watch TV!
  2. Robocop v Jason. That's my kind of movie!
  3. Roid those beams on your ceiling look perfect for doing pullups.
  4. I gained a lot of muscle on a meat free diet. I eat lots of beans, nuts, rice, tomatoes, avacodos, whole grain breads, and oatmeal. See for yourself viewtopic.php?t=1455 I've lost hair too. But it has nothing to do with whether I eat meat or not, it's just male pattern baldness The Wal-Mart where I live has veggie burgers, soy dogs, beans, nuts, fruits, vegetables, grains, oatmeal, etc. Basically everything you could need.
  5. ARRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH http://www.infinitelybetter.com/Display/images/news/LouFerrignoHulk1a.jpg
  6. If they make any more Incredible Hulk movies, you should apply for the lead role
  7. Great pics. The bike trailer looks like fun
  8. Yeah an education here in Florida is free for my wife and almost free for me, so we're taking advantage of that. Seattle, Portland, even Victoria are all on the tops of our list of where we want to be. I used to live in Seattle and I miss it there a lot. Thanks for the offer. I'll post on here if we head up that way
  9. Absolutely. Me and my wife still want to head northwest, hopefully in another year or two.
  10. Do you have a leg press machine at your gym? They work well for doing calves too
  11. I think the important thing is that all the negativity in this thread is pretty rare around here. For the most part the vbb.com forum is positive. I'd say this forum is probably more positive than 90% of the discussion boards out there. So I think everyone involved around here is doing a good job. Nobody is perfect, you just do the best you can.
  12. Yeah I agree with Barry. I get the feeling Bigbwii is a good papa. You can tell he cares a lot about his family, and that's the sign of a good parent. I think he should be proud of the pictures. He's got a beautiful, healthy daughter who likes learning about the world.
  13. Hey Big, I hope you're not leaving for good. You're one of my favorite people on here!
  14. All the brands of creatine monohydrate I've seen in stores have been synthetic. I don't know of any brands that get their creatine from animal products
  15. Good idea. If you really want it to take off you could try setting up an affiliate program with incentives. For example, you could do something like offer a free t-shirt to anyone that sends 20 new forum members to the site through their banner link.
  16. Myspace is perfect for marketing. Where else can you get that much exposure for free? Most webmasters have cookies set up that track a lot of information about you. If you're really worried about privacy you could disable cookies, although I doubt myspace is doing anything malicious with your info
  17. Yeah supersetting is fun. I like to change my routine around all the time to keep the muscles from getting lazy
  18. I say as long as you are making gains, and aren't burning yourself out, train as often as possible. If you feel yourself starting to slow down, then pull back and rest. The exact number of times you can workout per week differs per person. But if you're working multiple muscle groups in each workout, then yeah twice a week is a good number for a lot of people Chinups and pullups hit my biceps. Pullups hit my forearms too
  19. Go for higher rep, lower weight deads. Try them out with a lower weight you feel comfortable with and I bet you'll really feel your lower back tighten up
  20. What kind of stuff are eating? For me, nuts, beans and rice, and avocados are the best weight gainers
  21. NASA is the best. It's one of my favorite things about Florida
  22. Cool man it looks like you had a lot of fun and went coast to coast. Most Americans I know like NYC a lot though. If I was rich I'd have a place in Manhattan
