The window is real. In lament terms its just when your body needs to access those nutrients and protein so it doesn't have to pull from elsewhere in the body. I mean that's not a scientific explanation but that's basically it. So yeah and you're correct liquid form is the easiest for the body to digest quickly. Liquid and non-animal.

This topic is talking about often here. Try using the search key in the upper right hand corner to see what other people have discussed regarding macros. -
You'll have better luck with these two tips. 1 use the search key in the upper right corner to find key terms and see what others have talked about here that relates to what you're looking for. 2 Ask specific questions and limit them to 1 or 2 at a time and post them to individuals threads that seem like they have some knowledge or experience in the subject matter. Maybe try looking in the journals section.

Big win this weekend 15-2 yes in a soccer game... I had a hat trick too! We are still undefeated, 2 games left until playoffs. Sunscreen thoughts? Seems to be a popular debate, don't use too much it blocks out the good vitamins, don't use too little get cancer, do use the kinds with harmful chemicals they cause cancer while youre trying to prevent cancer.... haha Ive mostly been using it on my face and my tattoos and leaving the rest of my canvas open for absorption. -

Unfortunately I dont know DC trails yet. If I moved there I would likely try to find a place where I didnt need a car. I'm sure the prices aren't as bad as NYC haha.
