  1. If you're reading this and you know please let me know, tumeric, is it effective in powder form or only fresh? Sunday is soccer playoffs. My team ended the season in 1st place with 7 wins and 1 loss (I wasn't at the game we lost). Can't wait it will be a good first round, the 8th place team we beat 4-2 during the season but we will be without our best player so it won't be a cake walk.

  4. Good stuff. Try checking out the training journals to get ideas from what other people are doing from their workouts and meal plans. Maybe start your own to help hold yourself accountable?
  5. I mean vegan health and fitness. Mindy and Robert have been featured in it a few times, Robert has been on the cover and he definitely supports it. I read it, some good content.

  8. You'll get better response posting short concise questions to active members threads. There is so much non-scientific info out there, I think your best bet is trial and error to see what works best for your body.
  9. My tip is to search and research. Use the search key in the upper right hand corner and scrub through the forums and the training journals are a great place to start as well. Crazy pic!

  13. What research have you done? You can check out what other people are doing in the training journals you can also you the search key in the upper right hand corner to see what was discussed on that topic in the past. Good luck.
  14. You can do a lot without your arms. How is your shoulder doing by the way? Any signs of improvements? Work your back and core and legs. Your arms will catch up quick once your shoulder heals, take recovery slow dont risk re-injury.
  15. I have a beard but still shave my neck regularly. I like gels with aloe. I also like the new razor with the motion ball in it. Im not a fan of aftershaves myself, I just like cold water.

  17. Oh Maryland, I read it fast thinking MD like medical doctor. Have you tried on the FB page for vegan bodybuilding yet? Seems to be more active for finding people by location, we have over 15,000 members using it currently.

  19. Yup, avocados and nut butters peanut, almond, sunflower etc. Also seeds in general add them to things, can definitely add a bunch of calories and nutrients to a variety of meals, not to mention flavor. Hemp, Chia, Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin are all good choices.
