BlueRose
Anything by Rush. For soundtracks, would go with Run Lola Run, the Matrix, Flashdance. (yes, I'm a child of the 80s, deal )
veginator
Nothing gets my energy level up for a workout like thrash metal. SonOfSeitan
I know I already said DEVO, but I just got the new DEVO record and it's fanfriggintastic workout music. I don't like John Cougar, but for some reason I kept "The Authority Song" on repeat the other day. Black Flag is always good too.

Jennie
I tend to listen to a lot of Paint It Black, Kid Dynamite, and Lifetime. I didn't think about this before, but I think subconsciously, I must think that listening to Dan Yemin's music is going to help me get ripped by association. It's worth a try, right? Jason X
Jennie. You're amazing, and a genius. Dan Yemin is the man! I've been listening to kid dynamite in the gym for weeks now (which is a feat when they've only released about 45 minutes of music.) Kid dynamite is the only DY band I haven't seen! (Including the side project with Atom -and his package) SO bummed This Is Hardcore is sold out. You made my day. Thanks.
Jennie
Haha thanks!! I haven't seen Kid Dynamite, either, but I've seen Lifetime and Paint It Black a few times each, and they were amazing! Shit, I didn't know that was sold out already! I couldn't have gone anyway because I'll be back in Florida by then, but that sucks
