  1. Yeah she has quite the personality...but you can't say shit about her physique lol. 24 pull ups...benching her body weight 135 about the same amount.. I do wonder about her nutrition. theres this one clip of her and her husband having their post workout meal at a shitty diner lol.
  2. Coffee with unsweetened silk. Debating whether to go get a toasted everything bagel with TOFU cream cheese or just cook oatmeal with soy milk and peanbut butter and flax seeds at home...

  5. Well where I'm from a lot of people who eat chicken/turkey are "vegetarian". LOL.
  6. I dont cramp on standing calf raises but seated....I cramp up sooooo bad in my calves...yesterday on hack squats my foot cramped up for a second but not that bad.
  7. Yeah it's actually getting easier. I think the glutamine is actually worse! It makes bubbles that go up my nose...
  8. My PCP, the last time I went to see him, advised me to stretch. lol. he wasn't impressed with me being vegan, running 40 miles a week, or lifting heavy ass weight, or the fact that i had lost 40 lbs of fat since the last time i had seen him...
  9. A lot of body builders eat sweet potatoes! Thats technically a veggie right? I mean you can't really eat it raw...
  10. Oatmeal cooks in like 30 seconds with hot water. I also enjoy shredded wheat with soy milk. Everyone else is posting complicated things!!!

For the animals initially...but then you can't help constantly reading about all of the health benefits and the environmental benefits and the fact that the world would be without hunger if we diverted the resources we put into animal farming into farming crops for the rest of the starving world...
