  1. Last night was dahl and a curry with potato, sweet potato and carrots with rice.
  2. Still training, just haven't been logging it here. Here's a video of some push presses from the other day. 90 kg and a PB of 100 kg. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P2QbsetdHOQ
  3. I think I can see some abs starting to show. Great work.
  4. Sure is - Nutrition - http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=menu_nutrition Training - http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=menu_training
  5. It worked for me when I clicked on Vote Now on this page - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/supplementawardpage.htm
  6. I reckon squats are all you need. Maybe use different variations, like front squats, which should work your quads more. Then some calf raises if you want.
  7. You could do the old "spit on your hands and let it dry" trick.. not very hygienic but it works Or you could use liquid chalk. They might not have a problem with that. I've never used it but I've heard it's not quite as good as real chalk. Probably better than nothing though.
  8. Agreed. He looks like the typical gym-goer who might do a couple of sets of quarter squats as his leg workout for the week. I'd love to be proven wrong though. To me, powerful strong legs and backs are much more impressive than huge pumped up chests and arms. http://www.tmuscle.com/img/photos/07-085-training/image010.jpg http://stronglifts.com/wp-content/uploads/ivan-stoitsov.jpg
  9. Awesome work, mate. That's crazy progress in only a week.
  10. Thanks everyone! I'll get some new photos up soon.
  11. A lentil, pea, corn & sweet potato pie with gravy.
  12. I always eat something before and after training.
  13. Great log, man. Do you have any competitions coming up?
  14. I have a 32GB iPhone 3GS at the moment. My contract ends in about a year. Not sure what I'll get after that but it will probably be another iPhone.

  16. Can't really give you an answer unless you give us more information. What kind of training do you do? Has your routine changed? How often do you train? What do you eat? How much sleep do you get? Has anything else changed in your life? Any new stress etc?
  17. There's only a couple of shows I like to watch, so usually just a few hours a week. Lately I've been watching the World Cup a lot.
  18. I shave mine or get my sister, who is a hairdresser, to do it for me.
  19. Hey, thanks for the reply At this stage it looks like the trip will be put off until the end of the year. Possibly November - early December, or Late December - January. I'll keep in touch though and will post something again closer to that time.
  20. Of course it is. Stop over-thinking things and just eat, train and sleep. Would this website and forum exist if it wasn't possible? I doubt it. I'm quoting one of your first posts on the forum here: The same principles apply as a vegan. There is no magic supplement, no magic food and no magic workout routine that will do it for you. You generally need to consume a lot of calories, eat high protein foods and train consistently. A lot of the time people think they are eating a lot, when in reality, they are not. If you want to, write what you would eat in a normal day and what kind of training you do and people might be able to give you some more specific advice. Have a look through the interviews with vegan bodybuilders and strength athletes here, if you need proof. I'm sure some of them started out training as omnivores, but there's plenty of people out there who started training and gained a lot of mass as vegans, including Robert Cheeke, the creator of this website and forum. http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=bios
