  3. Hey guys! So, we're moving down from Alaska to Bellingham, WA so I'll be out of contact for a few days while I delight in taking in my new home!   8. Calories eat - calories burned = affect on weight. Eat too little, you can go into starvation, eat too much and you'll gain! Also, my personal opinion (as a personal trainer, and someone who lost a bunch of weight), eat all the good fats you want, especially if you're very active at working out. I'll have like, two avocados and a cup of pistachios every day (thats not all I eat, it's just a good example of TASTY good fats).
  9. I Looooooove it! I do them about four times a week (well, rather, I instruct a class at the local gym up here four times a week). My favorite cardio AND Bike prep. To the person who said it isn't good race prep: I have to disagree with you there. Don't properly with good posture, and form can be a very effective marathon and bike race prep. It's all about what you do, and what you're personal goals are, as well as what kind of bike you're using. You get what you put in, ya know?

  11. You may just need some time to get back into the swing of things. I don't think ANYONE would feel like themselves after all of that.
  12. May I ask what's going on? A lot of times, if I'm feeling a rut, or just a bit, out of whack, I'll take a backpacking trip, or long hike. Just bring me back to center, refocussed.

Breakfast: Banana, strawberries, pistachios, sunflower seems and nutrient rich shake Snack: Hand full of carrots and a banana Lunch: PB&J with some fruit that's on-hand Snack: Pepper mix & B-shot Dinner: Spinach Salad with strawberries and sunflower seeds and granola. General Activity for the day: Run 10 miles, and about 45min of strength + work. That's just general food that I often eat, not every day obviously.
  14. I take a B-Shot everyday, it has about 4600% of my DV for B's. And it tastes like strawberry
